All Funked Up are a fully self contained band with a large state of the art PA rig, Lighting rig and backdrop. For the safety of your guests, we have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and all of our equipment is PAT tested.

We can play comfortably in any space of approximately 20ft wide (6 metres) by 10ft deep (3 metres).
We prefer to work with a minimum of four 13 amp sockets near to the stage. When positioning audience tables, please do not place them directly in front of the speakers, which will be at the extreme left and right of the stage area; this is for the comfort of the audience. If we are playing outside, a covered, waterproof area is required with a suitable safe supply of electricity. also please advise us if the venue have a sound limiter installed

Prior to your event, please supply us with the full address of your venue or send a local map of the area, if available, indicating an easy route to the venue. The Venue Management should have arrangements to facilitate easy access for the unloading and loading of the Artiste’s equipment. Every effort should be made for the reservation of parking spaces for the Artiste’s vehicles.

Unless stated on your contract, We normally arrive at evening events at 6 p.m. This is usually the time that hotel staff 'turn around' a room in preparation for the evening reception. If you are scheduled to be eating your meal at this time then the band will have to arrive after the meal and speeches have concluded.
Organizers should be aware that it takes time to set up the equipment and once it is setup, it is not movable.
To set up & sound check usually takes around an hour, in which we will perform 2-3 songs to make sure all the equipment is working properly and that the sound is right for the venue.
We are often asked to arrive early in the afternoon or even the morning to set up. In most cases this is impossible, as the members of the band often have other commitments during the day. It's also worth considering that if the band is expected to be on site for an extra three or four hours an additional fee will be charged.
